January 2023

Updated: Jul 23

Compliments of the Season to all our previous, current, new and prospective clients!

Whilst for us in Israel it is not a New Year per se - It is still the beginning of 2023, and we all look forward to a fresh start, a new year filled with excitement, enthusiasm, growth, achievements and success for everyone concerned.

The world is crazy, there is always so much going on, and experts keep talking about the rapid increase of prices, of Real Estate in particular, indicating that Israels housing market is in for a “rough time”.

Anyone who is looking into purchasing in Israel will be familiar by now with the shenanigans of the past 2 years, with prices jumping sky high and certain areas in particular just going through the roof.

What does that mean for you?

If you have not yet bought, but still want to buy, have you missed the boat? Our take, is that it is never too late, and certainly not too late now.

Our job as Realtors, is to work within the confines of industry trends, moods, economics, pricing, availability, demand and so forth.

We have to make things work to YOUR advantage. We have no choice but to look for, and find, the silver lining. So we continue to search, evaluate, negotiate, brainstorm and find solutions that will be in your best interest.

One of the things that will happen, - and here we do feel we are able to influence - is that SELLERS will have no choice but to change.

Sellers can no longer demand what they did in 2022. They need to be more realistic. And as they start to see that their inflated prices are no longer reasonable, they will slowly begin to accept that they simply have to lower their expectations, and prices, if they want to sell.

But still, one thing remains.

Buying sooner than later can only be to your advantage.

For those of you on the fence…considering, but waivering – don’t! Each year you wait, you lose. We do not know what will happen in the coming months and years. We are not economists and we cannot know for sure. Maybe prices will continue to rise, but more conservatively. Maybe they will plateau.

But they are not going down. This we know. So please call us today and don’t wait any longer.

The Israel Properties team.

Looking forward to hearing from you and to working with you and adding value to your journey, helping you every step of the way to secure your future in Israel with Property Ownership and Investment.
